A couple of very good friends gave me a fanastic present, perfect for a new mom. There's a company in Calgary called Spoon Fed. Every week I log on to the website and order a delicious healthy soup that is delivered to my door on Sunday. They even have a vegetarian option. Last week it was tomato and pesto. Yum!!
